The basis of the Daniel Plan comes from Daniel 1:8-20. Daniel refuse to compromise and chose to honor God. This plan was not necessarily designed to be a temporary means to a beneficial end, but to become a lifestyle of healthy choices.

By participating in The Daniel Plan, we strive to glorify God in the way we eat, move, and think (1 Cor. 10:31) by utilizing the 5 Essentials: Faith, Food, Friends, Focus, and Fitness.
